ThumbNailer	this little app reads image files (BMP, GIF, JPG) a directory at a time and makes thumbnails of them - you specifiy the output size and output file format. Perhaps its most useful and interesting feature is that it can be run either as a normal Windows app with a user interface, or from the DOS command-line, in batch operations. This was obviously inspired by web developers.

Image Filer	An easy to use application that lets you quickly sort and file all of your graphics files using image previews and target directories. Image Filer also has it's own slide show and supports File Shredding to make sure that the files you delete can't be retrieved. A MUST have if you download from the web or newsgroups. ExIcon	this application scans specified files for icons and collects them into a listbox. You can then view the icons and save them as bitmaps to be loaded into your favorite graphics editor.
Thumbnail Express	New and Improved!! Now you can choose which file types to include in your index and choose up to three custom file types! Customize the height and width of your thumbnail images and how many you want per row. Give Thumbnail Express the name of a directory on your computer, and it will create a set of html pages which index all of the JPG, BMP, GIF, and PCX files (and any of your custom choices) in the specified directory AND in all of its subdirectories. Each page created for a directory has links to all of its subdirectories followed by thumbnail images of files in that directory. Try running this program on your C:\ root directory to index all the pictures on your hard drive!
ThumbsPlus	thumbsPlus is a graphic file viewer, locator and organizer which simplifies the process of finding and maintaining graphics, clip-art files, fonts and animations. It displays a small image (thumbnail) of each file. You can use ThumbsPlus to browse, view, edit, crop, launch external editors, and copy images to the clipboard. This update has many bug fixes.
Tiler	TILER is a Windows NT and Windows 95 shareware application that views and manages GIF, JPEG and Windows BMP image files. Image files that are added to TILER are stored in a document as thumbnail images.

Bill Reid's HTML Pix	HTML Pix is yet another app that creates HTML thumbnail indexes of a folder of graphics. Utilizes tables, offers decent configurability.
HTML Imager	HTML Imager produces web pages showing all GIF and/or JPG pictures from the directory you select. This program makes it easy to catalog large collections of web design pictures or to produce on-line photo albums. It can also be used to display pictures stored in the cache produced by browsers such as Netscape or MS Internet Explorer.
Fontasize	Fontasize allows you to easily and quickly catalog all the fonts on your system. There are four reports provided, single line, custom 2 line, keyboard layout and a comprehensive full page font detail report. Requires VBRUN400.DLL.

Morpher for Windows	Makes Digital movies using a 2-D morph between two still images. "Morphing" is one of technologies witch transforms an image to another image. The famous movie "Terminator 2" uses morphing in the scene of metamorphosis metal lump to human body. You can not create these advanced digital movies using "Morpher", but you can simulate a child face from images of husband and wife.

Ulead WebPlugins	These plugins offer support for fast and easy image maps, drop shadows, 3D buttons from any shape, frames and more! This new plugin set works within your favorite 32-bit host program such as PhotoShop 4, Paint Shop Pro 4.12, Corel PhotoPaint 7 and more! Visual Turing	A tool for developing Turing machines. The graphics editor has advanced features - like UNDO and clipboard operations- and the execution commands are just like in the proffesional development tools.
Screen Ruler	A great virtual ruler ready to be dragged around on your computer screen. Currently this Windows 95/NT 32bit application is very useful to measure objects in Pixels. Continious Finger	The program contioniously fingers a unix account and displays a :-) if the user is online or a :-( if the user is offline in the task bar.
Auto-IP Publisher	If you want to run your own FTP or Web server and you have a dynamic IP, get Auto-IP Publisher. It publishes your IP address into existing web pages on the internet. You can create links that are automatically updated with your new IP. Plus if you get disconnected, it will reconnect you and update your html page. You can set Auto-IP to repeat this function, which will emulate network traffic, keeping your connection from being disconnected by your ISP.
Weather Monitor	Connects your weatherstation and/or camera to the internet. It allows you to post your weather data, camera snapshots and trend graphs to any location on the internet (using automatic dialup and Ftp) or to your local filesystem (if you are running your own webserver).

Start Menu Changer 97	A cool tool for Windows'95 that allows you to change start button icon, text, tooltip , start menu text, vertical Windows'95 logo. You can remove Run, Find, Settings, Shutdown from start menu. Moreover, you can also create your own Theme Packs and use them with Start Menu Changer'97.
Start Art	A set of three icons that are replacement icons for the start icon including an alien, a peace sign, and a baseball. Easy to install and use.
ClickDown	Places an icon on the task bar (next to the clock). If you double-click on the icon, the computer will shut down. If you right-click on the icon, a customizable popup menu will appear. On this menu, you can add menu items like shut down, reboot, restart in MS-DOS Mode, logoff of the network, restart Windows, as well as ANY USER DEFINABLE PROGRAMS.
